Tech or Treat @ 10

If you are like me, you may have a certain addiction. For some reason, teachers seem to be the most susceptible to this particular habit. Yes, I am talking about Pinterest! I spend way too much time pinning and perusing on this site, but I love it! Not only do I find recipes to try, decorating ideas for holidays, but lots of ideas for tech tools. Here are some of my favorite people on Pinterest to follow for Tech resources. I hope you will follow them too!

Matt Gomez: Kindergarten Teacher Extraordinaire and Nice Guy taboot!

Shannon Long: Instructional Technology Coordinator & Totally Cool Blogger of Technology Rocks, Seriously! I especially love that she is a Sonic Diet Coke fan! My kind of gal!

Lisa Johnson: The Tech Chef is a master at providing higher order thinking resources and lessons. Learn something every time she pins!

Erin Klein: This lady seems to be the happiest teacher on the planet! Every picture, pin, tweet, and blog post is full of sunshine!

Jen Wagner: She’s the queen of online projects. Projects by Jen should be part of every teacher’s year! Thanks, Jen for the Pin!

Time for another Tech or Treat surprise! I am giving away 2 copies of The Accidental Techie to the Rescue! This book shares ideas for class communication, project based learning, and so much more! To enter you can either tweet or pin! Do both if you want! All winners will be notified by email. Happy Fall, Y’all!

We at "Sunday Morning" love a good book- and so does blogger Katie Fulton. Fulton created this Christmas Tree that's, well tree-mendously impressive! She admits to reading ONLY 266 of the 460 books. Quite a novel idea.
