O.R.E.O. Project 2012

I am a big fan of online projects and here’s the classic project to kick off your school year. This is the 14th year for the O.R.E.O. project by Projects by Jen. The official dates for the project are September 17-October 12. Your PreK-6th grade students will learn about science and math as they try to stack the highest number of Oreos possible. They will practice reading, writing, through the integrated ideas and learn some social studies as they collaborate with others from across the country and world. Registration is free and is OPEN now! Weave this wonderful project into your lesson plans for September and October. Let the cookie fun begin!
