My Favorite Things

It’s the most wonderful time of the year.. It is also the most incredibly busy time of the year. I thought I would take a minute and share a couple of my favorite things in celebration of the season of giving!

#1: Hip Chick Boutique: This is my new favorite place to shop! This boutique is the genius idea of my friend Susan. She is an art teacher and wanted to have a place real women, yep.. curvy chicks, could find great looking clothes and look amazing! The other awesome thing is the clothes are so reasonable. She knows teachers are always broke, so these gorgeous clothes are priced under $60. I love everything I have purchased and I must say I feel very hip wearing these adorable duds. Right now you can check her things out on her Facebook page and very soon her new website will be up. Just send her a message if you see something you like. She is so great to help! The Hip Chick Boutique Rocks!! Thanks Susan for thinking of teachers and jazzing up our look!

#2: Garrett Popcorn: Oh my goodness… I love the Chicago Mix popcorn made by Garrett Popcorn in Chicago. Every time I fly through O’Hare I stop by the booth and bring home a giant bag. The Chicago Mix is cheese and caramel popcorn mixed together. I know that sounds weird, but it is amazing! Ask my daughter’s friends. They eat it as fast as I can get it home. You seriously can’t just have a handful. If you aren’t headed to Chicago any time soon, check out the website and order a tin or two.
