Mouse Mischief: Alternative to Clickers?

Thanks to Claudia Franks for reminding me about this new application for PowerPoint. It is called Mouse Mischief. It enables us to use mice to create lessons like those used with the CPS or Clickers. The great thing it is for much less cost. The software download to PPT is free and you just need mice, either wired or wireless. Check out the home site for this and view the lessons.

Imagine using this to do checkpoints throughout your lessons. Think of how engaging this would be for students. I would love to hear your thoughts and those interested in trying this out!

  1. This could be a fairly inexpensive way to get interactivity into the classroom. I was thinking of writing a Community Foundation Grant for clickers next year. But now, I will write a grant for wireless mice. Then others in the building will use them as well. We already have power point so that part is free!! What a great way to everyone clicking!!
