Love New England Teachers!

I had the best time in Manchester, NH this week for the New England conference. Thanks to all the wonderful teachers who visited with me in my sessions. You were so much fun and I had a blast! I hope you are finding the resources on the blog useful and best wishes as you Teach Like a Techie this spring!

So after everyone left, I had to stay an extra night and catch a flight bright and early on Wednesday. So, I ventured out to the local Ben and Jerry’s down the street. I just had the need for some Chunky Monkey. I had no idea it was free cone day. We don’t have a Ben and Jerry’s in my neck of the woods, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear about April 3 being such a special celebration. What perfect timing for me.  There were people lined up for miles it seemed and I just jumped right in line with them. I met the nicest people ever!  One sweet little guy about 8 told me I was pretty. How precious is that! Thanks New Englanders for making me feel so at home and thanks Ben and Jerry’s for a delightful evening!
