Give it a Try!

Just a reminder about some great opportunities this month:

Orange Julius Treat for Teachers Contest: In 149 words or less tell Orange Julius and Dairy Queen why your class needs new supplies this year and you could win $1490 for your classroom! Sounds very doable. Deadline is September 22 so hurry!

Dot Day: Encourage creativity and reading with Dot Day on September 15. Visit International Dot Day for all the information and read my earlier post with more resources.

Limeades for Learning: Enter your class project request with Limeades for Learning to be eligible for the Sonic contest. Voting begins on September 23, so this is another one you want to enter pretty quick. Make sure to share your link with us at Lori’s Latest Links so we can vote for your project also!

We at "Sunday Morning" love a good book- and so does blogger Katie Fulton. Fulton created this Christmas Tree that's, well tree-mendously impressive! She admits to reading ONLY 266 of the 460 books. Quite a novel idea.
