You can share your Mixbook online or you can even have one published for a fee. Think of all the ways we can use this in education. We can share what we are learning. Have students create their own book based on research. Document events, etc.

Also, check out the gallery on Mixbook to show other books. Use those for examples of what to do and not do in writing. Practice editing and proofreading. So many possibilities for mini-lessons.
