April 12 is Drop Everything and Read

Tomorrow, April 12th, is Drop Everything and Read Day! In honor of Beverly Cleary’s birthday this national day of reading is celebrated. It is a perfect time to bring out and share your Ramona books. What a powerful way to instill the love of reading. Take time on Thursday to read a favorite book to your class and take time for them to cozy up to a good book also! Happy Reading!
